Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Gates, you will be responsible for leading a team in a specific geographical area to sell our products effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching customer needs and developing applications of our products and services to devise market strategies and goals. - Addressing communication, trust, and respect concerns promptly and effectively. - Implementing strategies to drive the growth of new products and explore new markets. - Monitoring the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop countermeasures. - Ensuring performance and revenue targets are met in your assigned geographical area. - Managing established accounts and contributing to strategic initiatives. Your success in this role will depend on your deep knowledge of our products and services, as well as your ability to adapt plans and prioritize effectively. You will also have supervisory responsibilities, including managing a team of 3+ direct reports and providing guidance on performance and development. In addition to the above responsibilities, we are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in sales management.,
