We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, expand our partner network, and lead business development efforts in your region. If you thrive in the ICT hardware industry and have a passion for building strong relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
✅ Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
✅ Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business expansion.✅ Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.✅ Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies.✅ Conduct product demonstrations, training, and sales presentations.✅ Maintain strong customer relationships for long-term success.✅ Provide valuable insights to enhance product development and market positioning.✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 5+ years in Channel Sales within the Thin Client, Mini PC, OPS, and ICT industry.
Skills: Strong relationship management, negotiation, and sales acumen.
Tech Savvy: Knowledge of ICT hardware solutions, sales cycles, and distribution channels.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Tools: CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
