To drive sales and business development of Extra High Voltage (EHV) Switchgear products (e.g., 132kV/220kV/400kV/765kV GIS & AIS) in the assigned region, through effective customer engagement, project tracking, and team leadership to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Education: B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory); MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 12 To 15 years of experience in sales of EHV switchgear (GIS/AIS) or related T&D equipment and handling team effectively.
• Preferred Background: Experience with OEMs, EPC contractors, or in direct utility sales.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EHV substation layouts, switchgear design, installation norms, and procurement processes (preferably in India). Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achievement of regional sales targets (Sales, Order Intake & Collection)
• Customer satisfaction & retention
• Market share growth in assigned territory • Accuracy of forecasting and reporting
