Role & responsibilities :- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for solar modules, inverters, and EPC solutions. • Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, channel partners, and project clients. • Drive revenue growth through lead conversion, tender participation, and B2B/B2C engagements. • Ensure regular pipeline review, forecast accuracy, and performance monitoring. • Collaborate with the central marketing, design, and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Represent the company in local exhibitions, forums, and customer events. • Keep abreast of state-level solar policies, DISCOM norms, and subsidy structures. • Mentor and guide territory sales teams and provide on-ground support wherever needed.
