Job Description

You will be joining Alstef Group, a leading company that designs, integrates, and supports automated turnkey solutions for various markets including airports, intralogistics, and parcel handling. As a Sales Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Providing a regular stream of market prospects - Maintaining the sales database, updating sales documentation, and supporting management in strategizing and planning - Collaborating with internal departments to coordinate bid proposals and working with the tendering department - Wrapping up and submitting bids, presenting them to potential customers, and leading negotiations to secure contracts - Coordinating marketing activities to promote the Alstef Group brand and drive business generation - Developing strategic alliances and business partnerships to explore new opportunities - Organizing and conducting client presentations - Analyzing market trends and competitive products to guide future product development - Providing feedback to the company and participating in trade shows as per the business plan - Meeting key performance indicators outlined in your contract - Working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans - Mentoring and training sales team members to enhance product and market knowledge - Attending regular improvement training courses - Managing costs and budgets - Ensuring compliance with local laws and Alstef Group policies and processes - Reporting effectively and in a timely manner To qualify for this role, you should have: - A proven track record in sales development, preferably with experience in mechanical, electrical, or software products/industries and capital projects (minimum 10 years) - Experience in logistics, baggage handling industries, and commercial aviation - Strong leadership skills in sales - A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations - Strategic thinking abilities aligned with the organization's goals - Strong relationship-building skills across all industry levels - High standards of performance and personal commitment - Excellent communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats - Previous experience operating within the Middle Eastern market at an intermediate sales level Join Alstef Group to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and excellence in automated solutions for global industries.,
