Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Sales Leader (5+ years) to drive B2B sales across western and central India. You will be responsible for identifying new school clients, conducting product presentations, and closing deals with school management. This role demands proactive outreach, persuasive communication, and a strong passion for educational innovation.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert new school clients (IB, CBSE and ICSE)

• Schedule and conduct meetings with school directors, principals, and trustees

• Deliver compelling product demos of the 9DXR VR Lab solution

• Own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure

• Report regularly on funnel progress, forecasts, and competitor intelligence

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up diligently

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation post-sale


Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech or institutional sales

• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Fluent in English and regional language

• Tech-savvy with ability to explain VR/AI solutions to non-technical audiences
