Regional Sales Head

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head (Male) to lead our sales team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth.

* Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution
• Train and mentor sales executives for improved performance

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably B2B/B2C)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with a track record of achieving targets
• Local candidates from Indore preferred
