Regional Sales Head

As a Regional Sales Head for the North region at our esteemed FMCG/Foods/Beverages company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the designated territories. With a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in General Trade Sales and FMCG Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include Sales Planning, Sales Strategy formulation, and identifying opportunities for New Territory development. A strong understanding of the Northern region including Punjab, Chandigarh, J&K, and UK is crucial for success in this role. Building and maintaining relationships with existing distributors while also appointing potential distributors will be essential to drive business growth. In addition, you will be expected to lead a sizable sales team of around 100 members, hence prior experience in managing large teams is highly desirable. This is a Full-time, Permanent position based in Punjab/Chandigarh with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during Day shift from Monday to Friday with the possibility of a performance bonus. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes and have a preference for candidates with a Master's degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG Sales and General Trade is required for this role. The work location is in person, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about driving sales growth and have a keen understanding of the FMCG industry dynamics.,
