Responsibilities

  • Drive sales plan and revenue as per annual business plan.
  • Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory
  • Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met
  • Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partners
  • Lead, motivate, and train sales officers and field staff.
  • Develop a high-performance sales culture.


Role expectations

  • 18–22 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales. Exp.,
  • 3-5yrs experience in Dairy industry
  • Strong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activities
  • Ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Exposed to Large Scale of Operations
  • Managing Different Categories & Price Points
  • Handling Managerial / ASM level teams
