Key Responsibilities Visit architects and interior designers to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Develop a strong regional network within the architecture and interior design community. Work on leads provided by the company and associated architects/interior designers. Generate new leads through networking, local outreach, and consistent follow-ups. Maintain a comprehensive database of regional leads and potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects . Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups as needed. Maintain regular communication with the reporting manager regarding progress and updates. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all sales and project activities. Contribute to a team-oriented environment , supporting colleagues and overall sales goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred). Candidates from electrical or construction-related fields are highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings. Good understanding of smart home or electrical systems (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
