Additionally, you will report on sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, experience in Account Management, strong Team Management skills, excellent Analytical Skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a sales team, a result-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and experience in the solar energy industry is a plus.,
