Crestfoods (https://www.crestfoods.co.in) is looking for Regional Sales Head for Andhra Pradesh Region. Work Location: Tirupati Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement regional sales plans, set quotas, and establish sales targets aligned with company objectives. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to improve performance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering a positive customer experience. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities to drive sales growth. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track individual and team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Resource Allocation: Ensure adequate resources are available to the sales team, including tools, technology, and support. Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate sales objectives, strategies, and performance results to various stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and other departments. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, build high-performing teams, and manage performance. Sales & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and business strategies. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to address challenges. Strategic Thinking & Planning: Capacity to develop and implement strategic sales plans, set goals, and achieve objectives. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools. Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
