Regional Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Broons Tea, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth, expand market presence, and lead the sales operation in the regions of Kozhikode, Wayanad, and Malappuram. You will play a critical role in achieving financial and trade sales targets across all distribution channels in the assigned geography. Your focus will be on establishing market presence, developing sales strategies, and driving growth from inception. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, maintaining strong business relationships with distributors, aligning sales fundamentals with distributors and customers, optimizing coverage plans, and managing relationships with key accounts across various channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing-aligned activations, managing distributor inventory, analyzing market trends, and creating sales reports for business stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should possess deep content expertise in sales, have 5-10 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 2 years in a management role, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also have experience in handling distributors and frontline field force, strong knowledge of general trade sales, excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, analytical ability, and a passion for tea and the Broons Tea brand.
