Role Overview:

We are seeking a goal-driven Regional Sales Associate to support and grow our sales operations in the Salem region. This role involves meeting customers across the assigned area, understanding their requirements, and ensuring consistent sales growth through strong field presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities within the Salem region and nearby areas
• Visit customers, traders, and business partners on a regular schedule
• Introduce products, explain benefits, and guide customers through the purchase process
• Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build a reliable network of clients and maintain good follow-up
• Identify demand, gather market intelligence, and track competitor activities
• Document daily field activities and share timely updates with the sales lead
• Participate in promotional activities and field campaigns when required

Candidate Profile:

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales or business development (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to travel within the Salem region
• Passionate about meeting people and building relationships
• Target-focused, organized, and responsible
