Now, we’re looking for a HR leader to help scale and support this exceptional team across India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan, with additional country launches planned. About The Role We’re seeking a high-performing, experienced HR leader to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team as Senior People & Culture Manager, APAC. Based in Gurugram, you’ll support a large and growing team of 150+ professionals, driving operational excellence, ensuring legal and policy compliance, and building high-impact people programs in one of the fastest-growing and most strategic regions for Aurora. In This Senior Regional Leadership Role, You Will Be a key advisor to the APAC Managing Director and leadership team Partner closely with our UK-based Global Head of P&C and Head of Business, Infrastructure & Operations in APAC Influence decisions at the executive level Represent the APAC region in global forums This is a hands-on, high-impact role blending operational delivery with strategic leadership. You'll manage end-to-end HR processes, shape regional initiatives, and build a consistent people experience across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Lead people operations for 150+ employees across India, Singapore, Japan, and Australia, Ensure delivery of consistent, efficient, and high-quality people practices Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing data, insight, and judgment to regional decision-making Navigate complex employee relations with empathy and business acumen Drive compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions Lead regional implementation of global programs in Reward, L&D, and Talent Acquisition Act as the cultural ambassador of Aurora’s values in APAC Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of our day-to-day operations and long-term strategy Build strong connections with our global Centres of Excellence to ensure APAC-specific needs are met What We Are Looking For 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including international and APAC exposure Experience supporting large, cross-border teams in high-growth, multinational environments Strong background in professional services, consulting, or other knowledge-based sectors Comfort working in matrixed, global organisations, not limited to European HQs; experience with US- or Asia-based HQs is equally valued Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and influence executive stakeholders Cultural fluency and sensitivity to work styles across India, Japan, Singapore, and Australia Strategic thinker with a strong operational toolkit Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused, especially when handling sensitive issues Fluent English communication skills A relevant professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) What We Offer Some of the benefits we include are: Private Medical Insurance Employee’s Provident Fund Scheme Maternity Leave Holiday Entitlement Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) The Company is committed to the principle that no employee or job applicant shall receive unfavourable treatment on grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy, and maternity.
