Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Center Oversight:

  Manage daily operations of experience centers pan-India, ensuring consistent brand presentation and customer service.

• Team Leadership:

  Coordinate with Front Office Executives across locations to ensure professional and efficient customer interactions.

• Customer Experience:

  Ensure a high-end, premium experience for every walk-in customer at all centers.

• Multilingual Coordination:

  Manage and support a multilingual team to serve diverse regional customers effectively.

• Standardization:

  Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure uniform operations across all centers.

• Support for New Centers:

  Assist in the launch, setup, and upgrade of experience centers when needed.

• Facility Maintenance:

  Ensure upkeep of demo units, cleanliness, marketing displays, and other facility standards.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Track footfall, feedback, and operational KPIs; initiate corrective actions where necessary.

• Training & Development:

  Conduct onboarding and regular training for front-office staff to maintain service quality.

• Internal Coordination:

  Work closely with Sales, HR, Admin, and Marketing teams to align operational execution with business goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  5+ years

  of experience in operations or experience center/retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Chennai

  .
• Comfortable with

  travel across India only as per business requirements

  .
• Proficiency in

  English and Hindi

  is a must; additional regional languages preferred.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or customer-facing industries is a plus.
