Job Description

To enhance network reach by apointing Dealer, ALASC, SASSY Outlets.
Execution of dealer branding at outlets as per Dealer Branding Guidelines and time to time upgradation and monitoring the upkeep of all branding elements.
To ensure dealers and ASCs qualification for hygiene audit.
Prospecting, 1st cut applicant evaluation, site identification.
Initial dealers and ASCs handloding for few months of operations.
Organising technical and DBM trainings for new ASCs and Dealers.
Ensuring manpower recruitment at dealerships and ASCs as per AL guidelines and norms.
Regular monitoring and engagement with DPS & ASC owners to ensure completion of the project as per LOI timelines.
Information for competion movement in terms of their network enhancment.
Regualr discussion and communicatuion with Field sales and service team to reduce the network gap.
Inaugration of all COB outlets : Dealers and ASCs.
