Job Description

Job Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION Collect, maintain, update, analyse and collate data to create MIS reports, coordinate with division sales and S&D, HO, create statutory and non-statutory reports and assist RH - BD in day to day matters Responsibilities ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Accountabilities ACTIVITIES 1 Ensure updating fo MIS's from Divisions as per available plan Coordinate with Divisions on day to day to generate compiled MIS. Monitoring primary and secondary sales at TSM / RO / DIVISION level. 2 Updating MIS's on daily basis Sending daily sales reports to Zone & HO after coordination with the division 3 Updating of Statutory requirement at Divisional level Timely updating of statutory requirements of the zone Maintenance of records as per the statutory guidelines 4 Updating and maintenance of RO records and communications Updating and proper maintenance of RO records Proper maintenance of non-statutory records Proper maintenance of communications sent and received by Divisional office 5 Coordination of Regional Meetings Ensuring smooth coordination with respect to the communication and arrangements for the meetings held Compilation of Data and reports as discussed in the meeting 6 Interaction with External parties Interacting with compliance Officer Interaction with the vendors related to the Zonal Office 7 Coordinate supplies with supply points for zone Resolve indent issues, indents with minimum franchisee complaints Payment updating and liaison with supply point for timely supplies by coordinating with Franchisees and TSMs 8 Provide support to RH on reports to be submitted to HO Assist, analyse, complete, confer with RH and transmit specific reports required urgently by HO Qualifications SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE PG in Marketing (Desirable) Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Graduates / Engineering Graduate Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: 6 – 8 Years Relevant Experience: 4 Years Functional Skills: Analytical ability, Reporting skills Understanding of business function and market parameter SAP Knowledge - MM & SD Module Knowledge of supply sources, tankages & geographical spread of the country.
