Regional MIS - BD

The role involves collecting, maintaining, updating, analyzing, and collating data to generate MIS reports. You will be responsible for coordinating with division sales and S&D, as well as HO, to create both statutory and non-statutory reports. Additionally, you will assist the RH - BD in day-to-day matters. Your main responsibilities will include: 1. Ensuring the updating of MIS's from Divisions according to the available plan. 2. Coordinating with Divisions on a daily basis to generate compiled MIS and monitor primary and secondary sales at TSM / RO / DIVISION level. 3. Updating MIS's daily and sending daily sales reports to Zone & HO after coordinating with the division. 4. Updating statutory requirements at the Divisional level and maintaining records as per statutory guidelines. 5. Updating and maintaining RO records and communications, as well as non-statutory records and communications sent and received by the Divisional office. 6. Coordinating Regional Meetings, including ensuring smooth communication and arrangements for the meetings and compiling data and reports discussed. 7. Interacting with external parties such as compliance officers and vendors related to the Zonal Office. 8. Coordinating supplies with supply points for the zone, resolving indent issues, and providing support to RH on reports to be submitted to HO by assisting, analyzing, completing, and transmitting specific reports required urgently. Qualifications: - PG in Marketing (Desirable) - Graduates / Engineering Graduate - Relevant Experience: 4 Years - Functional Skills: Analytical ability, Reporting skills, Understanding of business function and market parameters, SAP Knowledge - MM & SD Module, Knowledge of supply sources, tankages & geographical spread of the country. - Behavioural Skills: Negotiating Skills, Analytical Skills If you have 6-8 years of total experience with 4 years of relevant experience, possess the necessary educational qualifications, and have the required functional and behavioral skills, you are encouraged to apply for this position.,
