Job Summary:
Rockwell Automation is hiring regional Lead who will be the strategic partner and growth enabler for the Software Control portfolio by leading the development of SWC portfolio marketing plans to support Asia Pacific and sub-region BU business goals and strategic priorities.
You will report to Senior Marketing Manager ,SWC Software and will be based in Gurgaon India, working in hybrid mode.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual SWC portfolio marketing plan in partnership with the Business Unit management and field marketing teams which supports the AP and subregion strategic growth priorities driving solid focus on ROI, strengthening Rockwell Automation brand and accelerating customer decision-making/buying process.
- Define metrics to measure Return on investment for all marketing activities as defined in the Marketing plan. Monitor important regional market trends and the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and areas for growth for the portfolio.
- Support goal agreement and collaboration between BU leaders, Field Marketing and sales on execution of portfolio activities including programs and launches.
- Collaborate with the global portfolio marketing team in global portfolio programs planning to support AP business objectives and market opportunities; get alignment on results and lead program execution in AP.
- In support of the AP specific Portfolio our priorities, plan, develop and lead execution of integrated AP focused portfolio marketing programs that drive revenue growth in AP.
- Drive effective product launches through proper launch process and stakeholder management.
- In conjunction with wider AP marketing team plan and drive implementation of all portfolio market campaigns, programs, launches as per the marketing plan, ensure adherence to budget, perform ROI analysis on all marketing activities.
- Maintain regular engagement with AP BU stakeholders for marketing plan alignment and buy-in.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelors Degree in marketing / Business Management / Engineering or equivalent
- 10 or more years of experience and 6 to 8 years of B-to-B marketing experience in technology or software industry
- Track record of effective collaboration across multiple business functions and leading cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management to manage projects proficiently, efficiently, and with full accountability for project results.
- Ensuring that all constituent partners and associates for successful project implementation are managed and coordinated to completion of project goals.
- Understanding of marketing infrastructure requirements, including marketing automation, digital and social marketing, business intelligence and analytics
- Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on marketing plan.
