The company provides detailed training sessions for Partners and guidance to the Regional Marketing Head supporting as University Representative will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and student recruitment efforts within a specified region. Acting as the face of the university in the region, this role requires a blend of strategic marketing acumen, relationship management, and regional expertise to drive enrollment growth and strengthen the university’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding

• Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to promote the university’s programs and values.
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, student preferences, and competitor activities.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, high school visits, and career events.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting prospective recruitment partners in the region.
• Collaborate with academic departments and admissions to support application processing and conversion.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs and analytics tools.

Partnership Management

• Maintain regular communication with key partners to support joint marketing initiatives and referral pipelines.

Operational Oversight

• Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Prepare regular reports on I UNITE and on recruitment trends, market dynamics, and campaign performance.
