Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing regional operations, leading and training a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes monitoring sales activities, analyzing performance data, and driving business growth within the assigned region. The Regional Manager will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
