Regional Manager Saving Accounts_Delhi Gurgaon NCR

The Regional Manager Savings Account is responsible for driving Savings Account acquisition, portfolio growth, customer engagement, and compliance across multiple branches within the region. The role ensures achievement of liability business targets by managing branch teams, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring superior service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

• Drive

  Savings Account acquisition

  , balances buildup, and cross-sell penetration across the region.
• Ensure

  monthly, quarterly, and annual liabilities targets

  are met.
• Monitor productivity metrics like

  CASA acquisition, activation, book balance growth

  , and product mix.

2. Team Management

• Lead and support Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and frontline teams.
  
• Provide regular guidance, capability building, and performance reviews.
  
• Conduct daily/weekly reviews to improve performance and output.
  

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure high-quality onboarding and service for Savings Account customers.
  
• Resolve escalations and drive improvement in

  NPS, FTR (First Time Resolution), and service quality

  .
• Promote digital adoption among customers.
  

4. Compliance & Risk

• Ensure strict adherence to

  KYC, AML, regulatory guidelines

  , and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic process audits and compliance checks across branches.
  
• Minimize operational and compliance risks.
  

5. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor offerings, local market trends, and customer needs.
  
• Plan regional sales strategies based on market insights.
