Regional Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive

    to drive sales and market penetration. You will provide strong

    and guidance to the sales force, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Sales & Client Management:

    Take ownership of

    Sales Performance

    for the region, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. You will be responsible for

    , building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Operational Oversight & Analysis:

    Provide

    operational Oversight

    for all regional sales activities. You will conduct thorough

    Market Analysis

    and competitor research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Development:

    Actively engage in business development to expand the client base and market share.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully managing regional sales operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in a

    management role

    within the

    racking or related industry

    is a must.
  • A solid understanding of

    racking systems and storage solutions

    is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the region

    as required.
