• 🚀 We Are Hiring – Regional Manager (MEA – Middle East & Asia) 🌍

• Are you a senior leader with 15+ years of experience in Payments, Fintech, Banking, or BFSI who thrives on expanding markets, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth? Princeton America is looking for a Regional Manager – MEA to lead growth across the Middle East & Asia for a leading payment gateway platform. This is a high-impact leadership role based out of Pune (Yerwada) / Mumbai (Andheri) – Work from Office, 5 days a week.

• What You’ll Do:

✅ Drive market expansion across MEA

✅ Forge strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs & fintechs

✅ Ensure regulatory compliance (SAMA, UAE CB, MAS)

✅ Lead regional sales & revenue growth

✅ Manage & mentor high-performing teams

✅ Collaborate with global stakeholders on product & strategy

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 15+ years in Payments / BFSI / Fintech

🔹 Proven experience in MEA market development

🔹 Strong understanding of payment flows, acquiring & settlement

🔹 Hands-on exposure to payment APIs, PSP integration, fraud management

🔹 Immediate or 30-day joiners preferred
