Regional Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing the region's sales plan and collaborating with the National Sales Manager (NSM) to achieve business objectives. This includes identifying potential growth areas and developing initiatives to improve sales and market share. Additionally, you will work with the NSM to plan market development activities, identify new opportunities, and support the improvement of low-performing front line executives. Your role will also involve leading new product launches in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare & Drive Sales plan for the region in collaboration with NSM on an annual basis - Identify potential growth & problem areas at the zonal level and plan initiatives for sales & market share improvement - Work with NSM to plan market development activities and identify market share gain opportunities/challenges - Identify and leverage new opportunity areas at the zonal level - Support the Business Managers (BMs) in enhancing the performance of front line executives - Lead New Product launch in the region and achieve new product launch objectives Qualification Required: - Post Graduate in MBA Experience Required: - 12 years of experience as Regional Head/Zonal Head in FMCG/Food processing industry Skills Required: - Business Acumen - Effective Planning - Customer Focus - Leveraging Human Potential - Strategic Business Orientation,
