Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  34 branches

  within the assigned region.
• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through the Agency/Variable Agency channel.
  
• Ensure

  quality recruitment of agents

  and develop them into productive advisors.
• Strengthen branch credibility and ensure smooth operations across assigned locations.
  
• Maintain strong market presence and build good-quality business from the Life Insurance industry.
  
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance, and provide guidance to the branch teams.
  
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and implement company policies effectively.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  Graduate (Postgraduate preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the

  Life Insurance industry

  , preferably in agency/variable agency roles.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple branches.
  
• Good communication, credibility, and relationship management skills.
  
• Local Bangalore candidates preferred.
