JD FOR REGIONAL MANAGER JUICE PROJECT We are one of the largest manufacturers of food and beverage with 97% market share in our category in domestic and exports to more than 57 countries. We intend to launch Juice Products with a facility in Central India and to manage the unit we are looking at Regional Manager, to put up the distribution infrastructure in Western, Central and Northern India. The candidate should have minimum 15 years experience, out of which 10 yours should be in selling beverages in companies like Frooti, Mazza, Paper boat, Slice, Coke, Pepsi etc. Person should have shown demonstrative leadership in building sales and distribution network including super distributor and hiring senior people including territory in charge, Sales Officer, territory sales managers, merchandizers, promoters, etc.etc. Ideal candidate should be between the age group of 35-50 years, ideally with a MBA in Sales & Marketing. Location is not a constraint. There should be no work from home and the candidate is expected to travel 20 days a month.
