Job Title: Regional Manager – Direct Channel

Reports To: Zonal Head – Direct Channel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead the Direct Channel sales operations in the Nashik region. The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in the Direct Channel (life insurance) and possess 3–7 years of experience in team handling. This role is critical in driving business growth, achieving targets, and ensuring the effective management of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers/Team Leaders and Direct Sales Officers (DSOs).
• Business Development: Drive sales and revenue targets through the Direct Channel by identifying new business opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and track team performance against targets and KPIs; ensure timely course corrections when needed.
• Hiring & Training: Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and capability development of the sales team.
• Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and share insights to drive strategies accordingly.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery standards through the Direct Channel.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 7 years of team handling experience in the Direct Channel (Life Insurance) is mandatory.

• Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
• Location Preference: Candidate must be willing to work and travel within Nashik and nearby regions.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards high performance.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
