Regional Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Black Box for North India, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing large-scale IT infrastructure deals. Your primary focus will be on profitability, client satisfaction, and execution excellence throughout the sales lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include building a strong pipeline of new opportunities, leading the sales process from generation to closure, identifying client pain points, and aligning Black Box's offerings with client needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and engage with clients to grow wallet share. After successful deal closure, you will ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team, monitor SLA adherence, and drive revenue realization. Financial tracking, delivery performance reviews, and margin improvement initiatives will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 15-18+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on client acquisition. A strong background in closing large outsourcing or IT infrastructure deals, along with proven negotiation skills, is essential. You should be self-driven, structured in your approach, and comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. Your success will be measured by net-new revenue growth, new logos won, margin delivery, lead conversion rates, and client satisfaction metrics.
