After successful deal closure, you will ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team, monitor SLA adherence, and drive revenue realization. Financial tracking, delivery performance reviews, and margin improvement initiatives will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 15-18+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on client acquisition. A strong background in closing large outsourcing or IT infrastructure deals, along with proven negotiation skills, is essential. You should be self-driven, structured in your approach, and comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. Your success will be measured by net-new revenue growth, new logos won, margin delivery, lead conversion rates, and client satisfaction metrics.
