You should hold a Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university in India. Only male candidates are eligible to apply, and it is essential that you are from the same district as well. Your main responsibilities will include utilizing various customer field sales methods such as door-to-door sales, cold calling, and presentations to secure sales. Meeting personal and team sales targets is crucial, along with attending meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry developments using financial statistical data. It is important to evaluate customers" skills and needs to establish productive, long-lasting relationships. A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience within the agriculture industry is required, although freshers may also apply. Possessing a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time and permanent position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule will be in the morning shift. Preference will be given to candidates with a total work experience of 1 year and management experience of 1 year.
