Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager/Area Manager based in Raipur. The Regional Manager/Area Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned region, manage and mentor the regional team, and ensure all performance targets are met. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and troubleshooting issues to improve service delivery. Additionally, the role entails coordinating with other regions to maintain consistency in operations and executing company policies.
