Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for all wellness centers in the Mumbai region (with a focus on Bandra West).
• Set performance benchmarks and monitor KPIs including revenue, client retention, and satisfaction.
• Oversee center-level managers and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Implement business development strategies to increase footfall and client engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for regional promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and team trainings.
• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability of all centers.
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve excellence.
• Act as the regional point of contact for client escalations and internal coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Management, or related field.
• 58 years of leadership experience in wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, or hospitality.
• Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and operational excellence.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to service quality.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
