Role Summary As the Regional Manager , you will oversee the end-to-end operations, business performance, and team leadership for multiple wellness centers in your region. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and uphold the brand standards in all locations under your supervision. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage operations for all wellness centers in the Mumbai region (with a focus on Bandra West). Set performance benchmarks and monitor KPIs including revenue, client retention, and satisfaction. Oversee center-level managers and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Implement business development strategies to increase footfall and client engagement. Coordinate with the marketing team for regional promotions and campaigns. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and team trainings. Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability of all centers. Recruit, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve excellence. Act as the regional point of contact for client escalations and internal coordination. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Management, or related field. 58 years of leadership experience in wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, or hospitality. Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and operational excellence. Customer-centric mindset with attention to service quality. Ability to manage multiple locations and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
