Regional Human Resources Business Partner

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, your role will involve ensuring manpower is onboarded within the approved budget and hiring new positions or replacements within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT). Key Responsibilities: - Implementing Performance Appraisal by ensuring strict adherence to policy and process timelines. - Executing all Employee Engagement Initiatives according to the plan and within the set timelines. - Adhering to governance related to Confirmation, Transfers, Attendance, Full & Final settlements, and Policies as per the quality procedures and processes. - Managing Business Relationships with all Business Verticals, Departments, and Group Companies. - Ensuring compliance with Statutory HR regulations and timely closure of all Disciplinary matters in the State. You will also be a member of the HR Regional Committee for all Disciplinary matters. - Conducting CSR Activities as per the CSR calendar with targeted employee participation. - Regularly visiting branches for employee engagements, understanding business requirements, and enhancing employee connections. - Ensuring the execution of all Learning & Development initiatives for the state. - Timely reporting on HR Activities is essential to maintain transparency and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, and Employee Engagement is preferred. - Strong understanding of Performance Appraisal processes and Employee Relations. - Knowledge of Statutory HR Compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage business relationships effectively. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
