Regional Human Resources Business Partner

As a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a technology provider and engineering firm deeply involved in chemistry and industrial processes, driving sustainability in the energy sector, your role will involve supporting the Global team in New Delhi, with a specific focus on the Asia Pacific region. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Acting as a trusted advisor to the Regional Managing Director or Plant Manager and their direct reports on all HR and people-agenda matters. - Understanding current and future challenges impacting the organization's people and advising leaders on effective people management. - Connecting business issues to HR activities and outcomes, utilizing business acumen to tackle organizational challenges. - Using data strategically to influence key decisions. - Strengthening the company culture and overall employee experience. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of HRBP experience, preferably from an Engineering/EPC company.
