πŸš€ Now Hiring: Business Development Managers – Domestic | Institutional | International Company: Veterinary Products Location: Hyderabad Education: Any Science Graduate | Preference for BVSc / MBA We’re hiring for 3 key BDM roles with focus on Veterinary Vaccines & Formulations : 1. Business Development Manager – Institutional Sales Key Responsibilities: Develop institutional business in Veterinary Vaccines & Formulations Build and maintain strong rapport with State/Central Government Departments, Co-operatives, and Ministries Drive business through e-Tendering & Government procurement procedures Handle high-stakes sales cycles with decision-makers in public sector Must-Have: Proven success in Institutional Sales Deep understanding of Govt. e-procurement ecosystem 2. Business Development Manager – International Sales Territories: SE Asia, MENA, Africa & Other Emerging Markets Key Responsibilities: Lead business expansion for Veterinary medicines internationally Participate in International Bids & Tenders Identify and nurture distributor networks in target countries Regularly travel internationally to meet partners and attend industry expos Must-Have: Strong understanding of international regulatory and tendering practices Prior success in building business in emerging markets 3. Business Development Manager – Domestic Trade (Pan India) Key Responsibilities: Lead Pan India sales for Veterinary Vaccines & Formulations Develop and drive marketing strategy across the segments Oversee budgeting, pricing, and market strategy Conduct Need Gap Analyses and implement actionable sales plans Lead and mentor a large marketing and field team Must-Have: Sound knowledge of domestic veterinary market Experience in leading nationwide teams and achieving revenue targets What We’re Looking For: βœ”οΈ 10+ years of experience in vaccines/formulations (Veterinary) βœ”οΈ Science background required | Preference for BVSc / MBA βœ”οΈ Expertise in Govt.
