Key Deliverables:

Partner with sales leaders to align workforce planning with annual business goals
Drive end-to-end performance and talent management processes
Lead onboarding and HR operations for on-roll and off-roll employees in the region
Facilitate surveys, assessment centers, and employee engagement initiatives
