Responsibilities:

Looks after Business Development & Market Expansion, Retail & Corporate Sales, Cross Border Remittances, Strategic Alliances, Regional Revenue Generation & Profitability, Client Relationship Management, Market Analysis & Strategic Planning.

Strategic Planning and Business GrowthDevelop and implement regional strategies to achieve business targets in the forex market.Identify opportunities for growth, including new customer segments, markets, and products.Lead the expansion of the forex business by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments.Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage and mentor a team of sales professionals, customer service agents, and operational staff.Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team, and regularly review performance.Provide coaching and training to enhance team capabilities, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.Foster a positive work culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Sales and Revenue ManagementEnsure the region meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.Monitor forex market dynamics to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.Drive the adoption of new products and services to expand the client base and enhance sales.Develop partnerships with corporate clients, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals for forex services.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, offering personalized forex solutions.Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions to complex or high-value accounts.Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service and support.Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored forex products.Regulatory Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure that all forex transactions and business activities comply with local and international regulations.Work closely with compliance and legal teams to mitigate risk and adhere to industry standards.Monitor the execution of forex operations to ensure alignment with corporate policies and best practices.Prepare and present regular reports on compliance status, operational performance, and market trends.
