Telepathy Infotech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

SKILLS

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Tech-savvy and customer-focused mindset MBABBA or equivalent qualification preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for proposals and demos
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
06 days working (Mon-Sat)

First 3 Saturdays WFH and last Saturday will be OFF
