Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day to day relationship with suppliers and customers and work on executing daily B2B sale and purchases of maize Identify customers for trade finance stocking of maize in Bihar, West Bengal and surrounding states Identify warehouses and purchase maize for stocking during peak season Build new customer and supplier relationships across various markets and commodities Keep track of crop estimates and developments across states of Bihar, West Bengal and other surrounding states Develop and execute strategies for agri finance, commodity trading, and farmer finance solutions Oversee warehouse management and logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain operations Qualifications/Skills/Experience Min 10 yrs of experience in agro commodities and warehouse management Hands-on mentality and a strong self-initiative with the ability to operate at a high level with minimum supervision is required Willingness and desire to travel when required Knowledge of using Microsoft office suite Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills Good negotiation skills Good understanding of Indian accounting standards
