Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Head located in Mumbai. The Regional Head will oversee the operations and performance of the region, manage a team, and drive the growth of the business. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing strategies to increase market share, and achieving financial targets. The Regional Head will also be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in stock broking, commodities trading, and depository services Strong management and leadership skills Excellent client relationship management skills Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning Ability to achieve financial targets and drive business growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the financial industry is a plus Show more Show less
