Job Description

As a Product UI/UX Designer for the Dhani Stocks platform, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our trader-first products. We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in UI/UX design (Candidates with experience in Indian stock trading will be given preference) particularly in designing customer-facing applications with complex features presented in an easy and simple manner. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our platform to deliver an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, product requirements, and business objectives. 2. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets for new features and enhancements, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform. 3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve the UI/UX design based on user insights and feedback. 4. Define and maintain UI design principles, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. 5. Work closely with developers to implement designs, provide design specifications, and ensure a seamless transition from design to development. 6. Advocate for user-centric design practices, accessibility standards, and best practices in UI/UX design within the organization. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our products. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize design tasks, manage design projects, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX/UI Design, or a related field; additional certifications or coursework in UI/UX design preferred. - Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing applications, complex features, and user-centric design solutions. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and creating design assets. - Deep understanding of design principles, user interface design, interaction design, and information architecture. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Knowledge of stock broking and trading products or financial services industry is a plus, with a keen interest in understanding user needs and behavior in this domain. - Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure design consistency and scalability across products.
