As a Business Development Manager, your role involves executing strategies to develop business solutions and achieve the organization's goals. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer behavior to develop strategies and action plans. Additionally, you will need to develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with new customers across the territory - Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development - Evangelize the product and delight customers by anticipating/understanding their needs and proposing the best solutions - Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them - Generate leads and close deals to meet the organization's growth objectives - Develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain product information, pricing, benefits, etc. - Implement the company's marketing & branding strategy to enhance the company's reputation/positioning in the marketplace - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, industry associations, etc. in the territory Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in sales strategies, lead generation, marketing and branding - Proficiency in techno-commercial documentation and customer engagement - Experience in sales, market analysis, automation, IoT, and industry 4.0 In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the customer base and enhance the company's market positioning.,
