Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute the agency distribution strategy in alignment with company objectives and regional sales targets.

- Foster strong relationships with existing agency partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.

- Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to promote Go Digit Life Insurance products through agency and prime broking channels.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, product development, and underwriting to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all agency activities.

-Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record of 10-12 years in life insurance sales, with significant experience in managing agency channels

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Sound understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements in the Indian market.
