We are hiring a Regional Growth Lead – Agri Solutions to accelerate adoption of protected cultivation and modern farming solutions across Gujarat and Maharashtra. This is a high-impact, field-driven role for someone who enjoys working closely with farmers, commercial growers, and agri-entrepreneurs to drive measurable improvements in yield, efficiency, and profitability.
You will be responsible for building demand from the ground up—engaging directly with growers, demonstrating value on the field, and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. The role combines consultative selling, technical understanding, and regional market development.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Market Expansion & Territory Growth
Identify high-potential agri belts, farming clusters, nurseries, and commercial growers across assigned regions.
Build a strong on-ground presence through regular farm visits, demos, and relationship-building activities.
Develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Consultative & Solution-Based Selling
Conduct on-site farm evaluations to understand crop cycles, challenges, and productivity gaps.
Recommend customized protected cultivation and agri-infrastructure solutions aligned with farmer needs.
Deliver product demonstrations and ROI-focused presentations to drive adoption and conversion.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals efficiently.
Customer Relationship & Execution Support
Serve as the trusted advisor and first point of contact for customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal agronomy, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Support post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Farmer Engagement & Brand Building
Plan and execute farmer meets, field demonstrations, training programs, and awareness workshops.
Represent the company at local agri-events, exhibitions, and community forums.
Build brand credibility through consistent engagement in regional agri ecosystems.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track leads, activities, and conversions using CRM tools.
Share insights on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and territory performance reports.

Who Will Excel in This Role
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
4+ years of experience in agri-inputs, agri-tech, irrigation, greenhouse, or B2B field sales.
Strong exposure to solution selling rather than transactional product sales.
Comfortable working independently in a field-intensive, target-driven role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Maharashtra; valid driving license required.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
Curious mindset with a genuine interest in modern farming technologies.
