Regional EHS Manager

About the role:

The Regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager provides safety systems management, customer management, and EHS support for the Datacenter Physical Security program to strengthen safety culture and ensure safety culture is maintained across the global program. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent presentation skills and incident management experience.

What You’ll Do

• Drive EHS initiatives across APAC in coordination with the global EHS team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop, present, and cascade EHS communications and training materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety documentation and information flow between site-based and PMO-based teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional safety projects involving Training, Technical Communications, and Operations Program Management.
• Maintain accurate EHS data and reporting tools, particularly using

  Power BI

  and

  Excel

  .
• Support client and internal meetings, manage document retention, and conduct annual reviews of safety-related documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in resolving client EHS-related concerns.
• Travel up to

  70%

  across domestic and international locations, sometimes on short notice.
• Support additional assignments as directed by the

  Lead Regional EHS Manager

  to contribute to overall program success.

What You Need to Apply

• Minimum of

  5 years’ experience

  in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety

  , or equivalent discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of

  local health and safety regulations

  ; familiarity with EHS compliance across the U.S., Europe, and APAC is a plus.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office

  tools, particularly

  Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word

  , and

  SharePoint

  .
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a

  fast-paced, global environment
