Job Description

Oversee collection operations
across multiple locations for personal loans from Bucket 0 (early delinquency) to NPA (non-performing assets).
Develop and implement collection strategies
to minimize delinquencies and maximize recovery.
Monitor agency and in-house team performance
, ensuring adherence to targets and compliance standards.
Analyze delinquency trends
and provide actionable insights for improving collection efficiency.
Coordinate with legal and recovery teams
for escalated accounts and NPA resolution.
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
in all collection practices.
Train, guide, and motivate field teams
to enhance productivity and ethical recovery practices.
