Regional Business Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, your role will involve driving sales and business development efforts within a designated region in the medical device industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to align initiatives and meet sales goals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons and KOLs, to promote product adoption and expand market presence. - Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and gain insights into competitor activities. - Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on products and services, highlighting their value proposition and benefits. - Regularly generating and presenting reports on sales performance, financial data, and market trends to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Representing the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and develop strategic partnerships. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure unified efforts towards achieving company goals.
